Eligible Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within (insert number of days) of pickup.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Any item not in its original sealed condition
The only exception is if the product arrived damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us within (insert number of days) with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the item is returned to the salon.

We do not offer shipping at this time. All orders are available for pickup only at our salon.
