At Grooms by Azzurra, every pet receives gentle, one-on-one care from start to finish. We tailor each appointment to your pet’s unique comfort level, using patience, slow pacing, and fear-free handling to create a calm, positive grooming experience.
We’ve designed our salon to feel warm and welcoming—not loud or overwhelming. Social pets are free to roam in our safe, supervised space, while pets who prefer quiet time can relax in a private, cozy setup tailored just for them.
For anxious pups or first-time clients, our Meet & Greet sessions offer a gentle introduction to the salon. These quick visits help pets build trust with our space, our tools, and our team before their full grooming appointment.
We love making each visit special. From festive photo booth setups to seasonal accessories and pet-safe colognes, we add thoughtful touches to create adorable keepsake moments after every groom.
Our team is trained in Pet First Aid, CPR, and Fear Free techniques, ensuring your pet’s safety and emotional well-being. Mya and Victoria also bring added expertise through their graduation from the Veterinary Assistant program at Seneca College.
We use only top-grade, competition-level grooming products to achieve the healthiest results for every coat and skin type. During each appointment, we consult with you to choose the best shampoo, conditioner, and finishing products for your pet’s unique needs.
We carry a curated collection of grooming essentials—including brushes, combs, shampoos, colognes, and seasonal accessories. Our team is always happy to help you choose the right tools for at-home care. We also offer pet first aid kits, available for pre-order.

With over a decade of experience caring for animals, Azzurra brings calm, compassion, and expertise to every grooming session. Her gentle handling and deep understanding of pet behaviour make her especially adept at helping nervous or sensitive pets feel safe and secure. Azzurra’s mission is simple: to treat every pet as family, providing individualized care that helps them look — and feel — their very best.

Mya combines professional grooming skills with a genuine love for pets. Certified in pet first aid and CPR, she knows how to handle pets of all temperaments with patience and kindness. Whether your pup needs a full groom or just a calm, relaxing bath, Mya always strives to create a soothing, stress-free experience — and a wagging tail at the end of it.
