CANCELATION AND LATE POLICY

Grooms by Azzurra has a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel within less than 24 hours or do not show up to your appointment, this will result in being charged the full grooming service price. We understand emergencies happen and we accommodate as much as we are able.

We have a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time there will be additional charges and the full service booked may not be completed.

PHOTOS

Here at Grooms by Azzurra we love your pets as much as you do! We may take the occasional photo or video of your pet for social media or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have any photos taken of your pet please let any of the team know beforehand. 

PICK UP AND DROP OFF

To ensure a low stress environment for your pet and our staff, please adhere to your scheduled drop off and pick up time. We will give you notice when your pet is almost finished so you can come back to pick them up promptly. Charges may apply for late pick ups as we do not have the staff or space to keep pets for long periods of time.

LEASH AND CARRIER

For safety, any animal coming into our salon must come in on a leash or in a carrier even if they are being carried inside the building.

VACCINES/ ILLNESS

Proof of vaccination is required. Exceptions can be made for senior dogs or dogs with medical conditions. If your pet is showing signs of illness (lethargy, sneezing and coughing, vomiting or diarrhea) please reschedule your appointment to prevent the risk of contaminating our salon, staff or other pets.
